It's that time of year! The time for get togethers and celebrations. Our recipe index is a great resource for those last minute recipes. This one will definitely be a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients:

5 eggs

1 cup white chocolate chips, melted

1/4 cup Limoncello liquor

zest of 1 lemon

8 ounces of cream cheese, at room temperature

2 tablespoons of flour

butter

sugar

powdered sugar, for dusting

Directions:

  1. Rub the inside of 4 ramekins (or 4 oven safe mugs) well with room temperature butter. Add a tablespoon of sugar to each ramekin and gently roll the sugar around to coat it. Place all the sugar and butter coated ramekins in the fridge until ready to use.

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  3. In a blender, add the eggs, limoncello, and melted white chocolate. Blend on high for 3 minutes. Add the cream cheese and flour. Continue to blend for 3 more minutes.

  4. Fill the ramekins 3/4 of the way full. Bake 20-30 minutes or until souffle rises but is still wiggly in the center.

  5. Remove from the oven and dust with powdered sugar. Serve immediately.
