Jimmy Carmack, featured in this month's Neighbors insert for Jefferson County, has worked hard with his team during the pandemic to keep his Pure Alabama Honey "flowing" throughout Alabama's stores and homes.  Leigh Hooten is instrumental in bottling and labeling each jar to ensure that every jar is of the highest quality. As the insert article explains, branding has helped him identify his honey and keep his share of the market throughout the state. “Establishing, protecting and trademarking the brand Pure Alabama Honey is one of the most important business decisions I’ve made to expand our market,” said Carmack
